Window of Judah
by I
About This Novel
James Answell planned to visit his future father-in-law, Avery Hume, in London. Hume invited the groom-to-be into a sturdy room with metal shutters and thick wooden doors. This room contains trophies and arrows that illustrate Hume's archery hobby. As Hume poured wine from a carafe, the two chatted about archery. Before collapsing to the ground, Answell realized he had been drugged. When he regained consciousness, he found that he and Hume were locked in the room from the inside, and Hume had been shot to death by an arrow. In just a quarter of an hour, the young man became the only suspect in the secret room murder. Will the legal balance tip in his favor? Can legendary genius lawyer Sir Henry Merivale prove his innocence? What kind of ulterior conspiracy is behind this shocking and impossible crime? The hidden window of Judah slowly opens, and the wheel of fate begins to turn...

It's a very special mystery novel. At first, it was hard to imagine that I could see the ending just by focusing on the court debate, rather than the specific plot of solving the case? But H. M., With his unique personality, used various entry points to tear apart the truth layer by layer, turning the impossible into possible! ! Winning was awesome.

The logic is okay, but it feels a bit long-winded. The plot is a bit speechless. If the Window of Judas is just a small hole, I can only say that the title of the book is well chosen.
A pretty good novel. It is worthy of being a masterpiece.
This window is a bit hard to imagine
The murderer is easy to deduce based on the timeline, but to be honest, my guess is that the window frame was removed and a window was opened... Maybe there is a cultural gap, and I don't understand what this Judas Window is. But concealing the truth is wonderful. This kind of reasoning where everyone lies is the most interesting, and it can even be strengthened.
