When she heard that he was going to serve in the army, she immediately guessed that he was John Perry. Very simple, the reason, birthday and appearance were enough for her to guess who he was, and in fact, she guessed it right.
He hates cemeteries. When he was young, he couldn't understand the old people who went to the graves of their dead wives. Now he should be able to understand. It would make him feel less uncomfortable when he misses his wife there. This may be the reason.
Fortunately, his son is a mayor, otherwise it would be really difficult for his wife to be buried in peace. After all, they have never prepared the land themselves, but no one will prepare a cemetery for themselves when they are healthy.
