This book is a collection of papers on Buddhist research by Professor Sun Changwu of Nankai University. It includes a total of sixteen articles published in various publications in the past thirteen years from 1996 to 2018. There are also nine related book reviews and prefaces as appendices, sorted by publication time, and embodies the author's research results on Buddhist culture, art, thought and religious views over the years. Mr. Sun's articles are theoretically profound and easy to understand. Although some articles were written many years ago, such as "Research on Buddhist Culture" and "A Study of Buddhist Temples in Chang'an, Tang Dynasty", they still have certain reading and research value for both professional researchers and ordinary cultural enthusiasts.
