About This Novel

The history of changes in the form of war is accompanied by the history of progress in military technology. The development and progress of military technology proceeds along three lines: the first line, the weapon platform technology line; the second line, the communication interaction technology line; and the third line, the computing planning technology line. The most significant generational gap in military technology occurred in the 19th century between swords and spears and muskets and artillery on the first line. In the late 20th century, it occurred between radio stations and information networks on the second line. In the 21st century, it will occur between traditional structured computing and emerging intelligent computing and planning on the third line. Our current problem is not only that we are not aware of the huge risks that have begun to emerge in the third thread, but that we have not yet clearly realized the independent existence of the third thread. The current situation is that computing and planning technology is confused into communication and interaction technology, and is generally considered to be information technology.
