Walden Pond: Kiss Your Inner Peace
by I
About This Novel
In his two-year daily life, Thoreau recorded how he cultivated land next to his cabin, planted in spring and harvested in autumn, and was self-sufficient. He recorded his admiration for nature, communion with heaven and earth, dialogue with lakes, forests and birds, observing animals and plants in the forest, playing the flute on the boat, fishing by the lake, and leaving his own observations and thoughts in the cabin. He recorded how he pursued spiritual life and how to calm his mind bit by bit. Thoreau's words allow us to pause from the chaos and chaos, no longer be in a hurry, and learn to think about how to calm our hearts and how to live out our true selves calmly.
