About This Novel
By the time our car drove out of the building's gate, it was almost dawn. I looked back and saw that this dark building still looked so huge in the morning light, but the light completely lost its majesty, exposing all its clumsiness, roughness and ugliness. It is simply an absolutely wrong and ridiculous piece of architecture. I suspect all this madness on our part has something to do with this ugly building. Maybe this is a special trap filled with some kind of magnetic field. Anyone who falls into it will lose their nature - or rather, it will expose people's inherent stupidity and bad character. And all this arrangement may be just a special test. I'm glad I'm still sober. But if Alexander had just handed me the gun, who knows what would have happened?
