I think the most important thing about this book is that Mu Ruye, after reading this novel, it is difficult not to be moved by Mu Ruye. Maybe he is a bad person or a good person. It just depends on how you view this character. Bad people are good people. There are no absolute good people in this world. No matter whether Mu Ruye is a drug dealer or not, I think Mu Ruye is just a good person to his family.

The characters are three-dimensional and really don't look like people living in a second dimension. The writing style is also very delicate, and there is a different charm between the lines. -- I found this book very complex, not obscure, but an emotive one that I can't fathom.
