"Qin Peiheng's Prose" collects and compiles 86 pieces of Mr. Qin Peiheng's prose works into five series. The first volume of "Lyrics" retains the original appearance of the twelve chapters of "Coconut Collection", focusing on the aestheticism tendency and pathos and elegance of his early creation. The prefaces written by Mr. Guo Shaoyu and Ling Shuhua are attached at the end of this volume. The second volume "Remembering People" contains seventeen essays about historical and contemporary figures. Among them, "Crying for Mr. Yiduo" and "Crying for Mr. Zhu Ziqing" are full of emotions, beautiful in both text and quality, and can be regarded as representative. The third volume, "Narrative Stories", contains seventeen miscellaneous notes, travel notes and reminiscences, among which "Reminiscences of Landscape and Figures in Luoyang", "Reminiscences of Lingyan in the Ancient Temple's Dharma", "Reminiscing of Jiangyuan in the Night Rain at Minshan" are representative ones. The fifth volume, "Prefaces and Postscripts", contains 16 prefaces and postscripts written by him and for others and his disciples.
