Nowadays, for many Red Mansion fans, the time-traveling male protagonists have basically become "Jinling Twelve Hairpin Harvesters", which really makes people sigh. The vernacular version of "A Dream of Red Mansions" is much better than these adaptations. The beauty of Red Mansion lies in the twists and turns of people's hearts, not in the fact that both men and women are alike. I have learned the prosperity of the surface, but lost the depth of the soul.
