About This Novel

"Fragmented Chapter" is a representative work of the "Crescent School" poets, written in October 1935. The language of the work is concise and implicit. According to the author, the poem was originally in a long poem, but he was satisfied with only these four lines in the whole poem, so he extracted it and made it into an independent chapter, hence the title. This poem is one of the most widely read works in the history of Chinese poetry in the 20th century.
