Thomas Roche was a famous French chemist. An attack missile he invented called the "Roche Lightning" was blocked in Europe because of its high price. Everyone thought he was crazy. He was sent to a sanatorium in the United States and suddenly disappeared one night. It turns out that pirates kidnapped the chemist in order to obtain the "Rosh Lightning" and paid the inventor with a lot of money, aiming to rule the sea. When warships from various countries came to encircle and suppress the pirates, they sent out "Roshi Lightning" to blow the warships to pieces. Finally, when a French warship raised the "tricolor flag", Thomas Roche's soul was suddenly shocked, he realized his crime and blew up the pirate island.
