About This Novel

In "Walking with the Only One Who Knows Why Stars Shine", the fate and choices of the Southern Cross echo the dilemma and hope faced by mankind under the global plague. In "Time Reconstructed in Venice", time no longer flows from the past to the future, but returns to its chaotic nature. In "Strangers from the Border", the Southern Cross becomes a symbol and ritual, quietly listening to the truths and lies being told in a remote fortress, and watching how history repeats itself. When the world is out of order and people are terrified, the four protagonists in the novel are lonely and calm. They choose to look up at the stars and share secrets that only they understand with the Southern Cross.

A big stone fell out of thin air, and people came to look at the big stone one after another. People were also wondering if it was a meteorite. Pushu said no, some people said it rolled out of a dung beetle, and finally said it was a gift. It seemed that this big stone was quite mysterious.
People really can't change what nature has left, as it may bring bad news. This is the case with Pu Xiu. He called this big stone a gift from God.
