Not long after the "Cultural Revolution" came to this remote town, a few pitifully ordinary people invaded this feng shui. The widow Zheng Yaosao set up a stove at the head of the bridge and started a cake making business; Ren Baorong, who specializes in collecting rags, set up a "baobao stall" under the yellow juju tree; farmer Li Dahan, who complained that he was hungry every day, put his coal pick on the arch bridge; Tang Feng'er, a soldier who hauled garbage, often posted "notices" on the trees after wearing red sleeves.
