One day in the early autumn of 2011, the Interpol Central Bureau in Beijing, China received a black notice from the San Francisco police in the United States from the Interpol headquarters in Paris, requesting assistance in investigating the identity of a Chinese man about fifty-five years old. The report stated that the person was 1.65 Meters tall, relatively fat, and had enamel dentures on his upper left incisor. The person was killed in a car accident on the fifth day after arriving in San Francisco. Except for $105 in change, he had no passport, visa, ID card, or any valid documents. The report also attached a front and side photo of the deceased at the scene of the car accident.
