About This Novel
On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War, "Polar Angel" uses the expatriate concentration camp as the theme to write a story about the Chinese people's selfless love to save foreign expatriates. I would like to dedicate this "March of the Allies" to the anti-fascist warriors and people of the twenty-one Allied countries with the victory of justice over evil, humanity against bestiality, and transcending differences in race, color, country, language, and culture. As a survivor of the Weixian Concentration Camp, Miao Yuxin received an invitation letter from Weifang City, Shandong Province, China to hold a conference commemorating the 60th anniversary of the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War. The arrival of this letter gave her mixed feelings.
