A very good book. Asimov is a master. This is his most famous masterpiece.
The Galactic Empire series is very well written. I never felt bored. I actually bought the whole series after reading the first one.

In the Galactic Empire series, except for the books written by Asimov, the books of the same name written by others are completely unable to keep up with that level. The content of Asimov's science fiction novels is really inseparable from the word science fiction. To be honest, most of the domestic science fiction novels I read on reading software are no different from fantasy and fantasy novels. It's just a science fiction shell.

Really good, a real sci-fi book list
It is hard to imagine that this book series was written in the 1950s and 1960s. If Liu Cixin is a great man, then Asimov is a god. What really attracted me to this book was not the number of fighting scenes, but its wonderful descriptions and fascinating plot. It is no exaggeration to say that this Galactic Empire series is the source of all modern science fiction works. If you want to write a classic science fiction work, you can't avoid his book. Asimov was mostly limited by the limitations of his time, like Howard Stark in Iron Man 2 . It's hard to imagine what kind of work Asimov could have created if he were placed in our time.
