No one likes a disabled character. A disabled protagonist is not likable. You keep emphasizing that it's better to dance in a minefield.
The protagonist has an incurable disease at the beginning, is he going to imitate Li Xunhuan? I understand creating contrast, but you don't have to keep emphasizing it. In every chapter, you have to mention the main character's illness, vomiting blood, a dozen times. Talking too much about it is too poisonous. Readers don't have the memory of fish. Just explain it in the first chapter. There is no need to keep saying this for more than ten consecutive chapters.
In the first chapter, he kept drinking and beheading, and in the third chapter, he kept vomiting purple blood. It would be embarrassing to over-emphasize in each chapter.
