This is a graphic book, written in great detail.
After reading the book "Once Upon a Time in the Republic", my heart could not be calm for a long time.
This work is like a magnificent historical picture, bringing me into an era full of struggle and sacrifice, hardship and glory. It not only gave me a deeper understanding of the history of the Republic, but also allowed me to draw endless strength and inspiration from it. 1. The weight and emotion of history The stories of those people who silently dedicated themselves to the construction of New China described in the book moved me deeply. From workers working day and night to build railways and factories, to farmers working hard and reclaiming wasteland, to scientists working day and night to develop advanced weapons and technologies, their figures shine brightly in the long river of history. These stories made me deeply feel the enthusiasm and dedication of the people of that era. They used their own hands and wisdom to lay a solid foundation for the prosperity of the country. Especially those heroes who fought for national independence and national dignity, such as the soldiers who resisted U. S. Aggression and aided Korea. They were brave and fearless on the battlefield and defended the dignity of the country with their lives. Their stories made me cherish my current peaceful life even more, and also gave me a deep understanding of the true meaning of "Without the Communist Party, there would be no New China." 2. The country's changes and progress "The Past of the Republic" also vividly displays the various changes and progress that China has experienced since the founding of the People's Republic of China.
