The best-selling novel in classic literature, "My Name is Red" is a best-selling work around the world. Books I read in 2014

I bought the physical book at that time, and I really like the writing technique. It is not only a suspense novel, but also a philosophical novel, and it is also a poem about love.

This is my first time reading a book that tells stories from multiple perspectives, and I find it very novel. Each character in the story has his own personality, and the portrayal of this personality is achieved through the character's feelings and thoughts about the things he encounters. And because it is done in a character confessional way, it feels more real and profound, just like reading a person's diary. My only regret is that my knowledge of the history and culture of Turkey is very limited. I have no contact with the paintings and poetry mentioned in the book, so I have no way of understanding some of the more abstract expressions and metaphors. All in all, it's a good work.
