About This Novel
October 19, 2017 is the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Government. The Yan'an Spirit and Party Building Research Institute of Northwest University, the School of Marxism of Northwest University, and the Research Center of Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics of Northwest University jointly hosted a national academic seminar. A total of more than 150 experts and scholars from the Party History System, University System, and Academy of Social Sciences System in Beijing, Hubei, Fujian, Gansu, Ningxia, and Shaanxi participated in the academic seminar. This seminar received a total of more than 80 papers, which mainly focused on understanding research, effect research, case studies, and empirical research on the development and construction of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region. This book collects and publishes these papers.
