About This Novel

British and Russian astronomers formed a scientific committee. In order to determine the accuracy of metric units, they came to South Africa to conduct measurement calculations. The cooperation ended due to the respective interests and jealousies of the leaders on both sides. They each held their own and began the arduous and dangerous work process.
