I Will Only Increase My Strength and Defeat All Laws Starting from the Republic of China
by Wang Xizhi
About This Novel
[More realistic, the protagonist is a good person, will get hurt, will make mistakes, non-traditional and cool, please don't read if you mind] After traveling through time and becoming a refugee coolie at the bottom of the Republic of China, Wei Sheng struggled for fifteen years, but the system he found was horribly crude - it could only add attribute points. It doesn't teach immortality or magical powers, it just pushes him to the extreme of "power" time and time again. ... In this fantasy and chaotic world where foreign mechas patrol, warriors' inner strength collapses mountains, and monsters are everywhere, everyone is pursuing mysterious skills and extraordinary supernatural powers. The warriors of the Bronze Army forged their bodies like steel, the monks of the Five Elements Sect summoned wind and fire, and deep in the church of the foreigners in the concession, the steam- and rune-driven mechas roared. Wei Sheng, on the other hand, chose the most "stupid" path. When the martial arts master laughed at him for not knowing how to exert force, he smashed the opponent's millstone with one punch. When the Five Elements monk used magic to trap him in the water and fire formation, he tore open the aura barrier with his bare hands. When Father Steel arrived in the Gospel Mecha, Wei Sheng silently added the Nth attribute point, and then calmly walked to the three-story Gospel Mecha. Under everyone's disbelieving gazes, he stretched out his hand and clasped the mecha's ankle. Then, like picking up a broken sack, he picked it up and smashed it against the tallest clock tower in the concession. "Fancy." ... Seeing everything in front of him being crushed by absolute power, Wei Sheng clenched his fists. On the system panel, the number behind [Power] flickered again in a blur.

I want to say that just adding strength can improve defense. Otherwise, if someone shoots you down from a distance, wouldn't it be very embarrassing? There's also speed. Will the people inside just run over and fight you in close combat?
So-so! It tastes good, but it's a pity to throw it away
