About This Novel

Professor Cavor carefully developed a new substance and used this new substance to make an aircraft. He and the writer Bedford flew to the moon in the aircraft and became the first human explorers to land on the moon. Just as they were intoxicated by the strange scenery on the moon, the aircraft suddenly disappeared. In order to find the aircraft, they went through many hardships and dangers, but were eventually kidnapped by the moon people. Later, they had a conflict with the Moon Man, and the two were separated during the arrest. Bayford finally escaped by chance, but Cavor was nowhere to be found. Beford had to return to Earth alone. When he returned to Earth, he unexpectedly received a telegram from Cavor from the moon...
