This book is a chronological history of the supervisory system in the Qing Dynasty. The author uses the "Qin Ding Taiwan Regulations", "Qing Facts", Qing Dynasty notes and unofficial histories as the main materials, takes the times as clues, and uses the establishment of supervisory agencies, the guiding ideology of the supervisory system, the personnel system of supervisory officials and some important cases involving supervisory officials as the framework, interspersed with the important changes in the supervisory system in the Qing Dynasty, and comprehensively sort out the form and evolution of the supervisory system in the past three hundred years in the Qing Dynasty. In order to provide historical experience and lessons for my country's current supervision system reform.
