Don't kill! Pig's feet are not human! It's still early stage of transformation. Is this a biological evolution novel? What's up with the title?

The first part is a little bit hazy, but after chapter 15 the chapters are confusing, and the later ones are not interesting anymore, the chapters are very confusing.
