The law is to protect everyone's rights and interests
The writing of this book is very attractive to me. Injustice is the most unsettling thing whether in novels or in reality. From the introduction of this book, we can see that Gu Ran and An Feng are the ones who want to overturn the unjust case and work hard to prevent it from happening again. To be honest, Gu Ran and An Feng are my favorite characters. Their existence is the hope of people living in darkness. But I have a different view on what An Feng said. She said: "An Feng appeared here today because he wanted to be a lawyer, not a lawyer. If he defends someone who forged evidence and bullied the weak, he would violate his faith, so An Feng doesn't care." At first glance, this sentence was particularly irritating. I was actually very excited when I first saw this sentence. I felt that Gu Ran was really a principled and persistent person. But after thinking about it carefully, I think I still have a different view. For example, in "defending the person who forged evidence", Gu Ran is the protagonist, and her protagonist aura should not allow her to make mistakes in her judgment, but after all, people have limitations. How can we prove who is lying with only some evidence? Another example is "If you defend someone who fabricates evidence, you violate your faith." In fact, compared to this point of view, I agree with another point of view, which is "You will not be able to escape the punishment you deserve, and you will not suffer the punishment you do not deserve." I think this is the meaning of the law and the meaning of defense, so that every good person will not be wronged, and every bad person will get the punishment he deserves. Rather than just letting him fend for himself during his term of office and randomly sentencing him because he has done bad things. Personally, I think that if this is really done, there will actually be very little left of the majesty of the law! Of course, the above are all my personal opinions. What is your opinion on this?
Why do two completely unrelated people know each other? Probably because it is a very helpless thing, the unjust case. How to put it? I don't know if it is a happy thing or a sad thing. It is too difficult, but it can be regarded as a fate.
The matter of unjust cases is quite serious. As the name suggests, an unjust case refers to someone who is wrongfully accused of a very helpless matter. It can be said that the things that are wrongly accused are things that others believe, but the real thing should not be like this, so it is still an unjust case relatively speaking.
The ending is too hasty
