The author writes fluently, has a clear context, quotes scriptures, restores historical facts, and has insightful insights into events and characters. The war scenes in the book are grand and the process is delicate; the characters are full-bodied and have outstanding personalities; the plot is thrilling and gripping. War is so cruel and terrifying😱!

The Pacific naval battle between the United States and Japan during World War II is vividly shown in this book, which makes people highly nervous. The confrontation between the two naval powers declares to the world the cruelty of this war and the importance of intelligence. It also indirectly reveals that the possession of weapons and equipment is equally important as the possession of intelligence in war. However, it is hard to imagine that the American aircraft, which had long been prepared to ambush the Midway Islands for a decisive battle with the Japanese navy, were so poor. Their aircraft models were backward and slow, like flying trucks! Accurate bomb delivery is one of the most difficult problems. The pilot risked his life and flew above the ship but was unable to drop the bomb... Such a result is really depressing. But the performance of these pilots was outstanding. Although the planes they flew were lagging behind, their momentum was not lost and they were not afraid of death. It was actually a way of fighting that they would die together. Even if you don't win, it's not bad!
