About This Novel

This book is the third volume in the series of long historical novels "Emperor Kangxi". It focuses on the performance of Kangxi's literary, Taoist and military strategies in unifying China and governing the country and the people. After quelling the rebellion of the "Three Feudatories", Kangxi went around looking for ministers who could manage rivers.
