1984 (collected Works of Orwell)
About This Novel
"1984" is a highly prophetic political allegory novel that depicts a suffocating and frightening totalitarian society that dehumanizes humanity. In this totalitarian society called "Oceania", "every word you say and every sound you make will be monitored; as long as there is a little light, your every move will be monitored." Humanity is stifled, freedom is deprived, thoughts are suppressed, and history is being falsified every moment. The state of human existence there always warns people not to walk into this dark tragedy.
