About This Novel

During the Three Kingdoms period, Shu brocade was famous throughout the country, and Jin officials were set up to manage the Shu brocade production and build a city to protect the Shu brocade production, so it was called Jinguan City. Jinguan City is another name for Chengdu. There are classic poems such as "Jinguan City is full of flowers" and "Beyond Jinguan City is densely populated" which are still sung to this day. The writer Jiang Lan describes the history, culture and character allusions of Jinguan City in three parts: "Shu People's Biography", "Fengwu Hunting Notes" and "Tianfu New Records", such as "Li Tiaoyuan Ode to the Chengdu Lantern Festival", "The Commoner Scholar Luo Chengxiang", "Lin Yutang's In Articles such as "Chengdu", "Isufu and Osprey", "Giant Pandas in History and Culture", "The Evolution of Phoenix Mountain in Chengdu", "Memories of Longchi Bookstore", are like presenting colorful historical pictures of Jinguan City to readers.
