About This Novel
Xia Qi, the son of Dayu, cast the Nine Cauldrons, settled Jiuzhou, and established the Xia Dynasty. The earliest records about Xia come from documents of the Shang and Zhong Dynasties. There are no texts and cultural relics from the Xia Dynasty to support it. Therefore, the Xia Dynasty has never been recognized by the international academic community. Yao Qingshan, a doctoral student in the Department of Archeology of Peking University who loves history, has his biggest wish in life is to prove the existence of the Xia Dynasty. By chance, he got an ancient map that seemed to be a clue about the Jiuding of the Xia Dynasty. At this point, he embarked on an adventure journey to find the tripod and prove the history.
