Biography of the Wicked
About This Novel
This book is a realistic novel by the British literary giant John Bunyan. Different from his other two masterpieces "The Pilgrim's Progress" and "The Holy War in the Soul City", this book does not use dreams or foreign lands as the background, but directly tells the real world. Through the dialogue between the "wise man" and the "listening ear", it tells the life of an ordinary British resident named "The Wicked Man". With the help of wise men and attentive ears, Bunyan evaluates the actions of wicked people at various stages of their lives, and exhorts readers not to imitate wicked people but to live a godly life. The unique style of Bunyan's works, the vivid characters with full meaning in them, and Bunyan's profound insight into human nature are all amazing. Bunyan said: I think this book will be a light to many people, because our environment is full of what is written in this book.
