The book contains nine parts: relevant information on the Yuhai County Hui Autonomous Government, information on the Party's leadership of the Red Army in preparing for the establishment of the Yuhai County Muslim Autonomous Government, information on the Red Army's ethnic and religious work in the Western Expedition, relevant reporting information by media reporters, oral histories and memoirs, information on the Kuomintang, major events and historical facts, research papers, a list of books, newspapers, articles, and several photos related to the Yuhai County Muslim Autonomous Government. The book has a total of 650,000 words, including 124 various documents and articles, including 71 documents, and more than 20 articles have been published. The contents of these nine aspects, especially the important documents, relatively comprehensively reflect the basic process and basic experience of the Communist Party of China and its central leaders such as Mao Zedong, the Western Field Army, and the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Provincial Committee led the people of Ningxia, especially the Hui people, to carry out the Hui Autonomous Movement and establish the Hui Autonomous Government of Yuhai County.
