A detective novel about human affairs hidden under the cover of ghosts
Personally, I came here for the unique sense of suspense of a Japanese ghost story that has no beginning or end, but I didn't expect it to be a detective novel. Although the writing is trivial, it is rich in worldly sentiments and is an excellent carrier of old culture. For this reason, it can be given four stars. The story is not cliché and is expected and reasonable. Although some details are uncomfortable, it is understandable due to the limitations of the times.
