About This Novel

The childhood spent in the countryside did not have so many toys and was not accompanied by parents, but it was not as boring as everyone thought. Especially lying on the bamboo bed at night, looking at the shining stars, blowing the cool evening breeze, and listening to my grandpa telling those weird and bizarre stories about gods and ghosts. My grandfather had many interests and had many side jobs - he sang in operas, worked as a vegetable vendor, and worked as a boat owner. The side job of "beating gongs" that followed him throughout the rest of his life brought him many strange experiences. These experiences not only enriched his life, but also created a strange world for me who listened attentively at the time.
