About This Novel
To achieve real innovation and breakthrough in the study of literary thought, more literary history and literary criticism history are needed, especially the accumulation and reflection of philosophy, anthropology, history, and poetics resources since the 20th century. It also requires the construction of original theories in an interdisciplinary sense. "Research on Literary Thought" is an attempt to conduct interdisciplinary research on literary thought from this perspective. This kind of "interdisciplinary" is more about starting from different disciplines, "thinking" about literature and problematizing it. Whether it is drama research, contemporary prose research, classical poetry research, or German thought research, they are all trying to start from different aspects and turn "literary thought" into "ideological literature" as an ever-on-going activity. In this sense, "the study of literary thought" should be thinking through literature, just like thinking through psychoanalysis. Although I can't come, my heart longs for it.
