The protagonist's abilities and the title of the book are all designed to deceive Ultra traffic.
The first few plots are related to Ultra, but the next dozens of chapters have basically nothing to do with Ultra. Leonix's ability is equal to other abilities, just for the sake of explanation, it feels like a skin pattern. The sense of expectation plummeted later
