About This Novel
In order to stop the criminals, I have to become a more cunning criminal. One million copies were sold in the first month of release in Japan, setting a sales record for Higashino's works! Keigo Higashino confidently made a challenge: "You must have done a lot of reasoning, right? But unfortunately, no one can guess the truth." Chinese and foreign readers rushed to post the book and exclaimed in unison: The ending is reversed, reversed and reversed again, super satisfying! It's like watching a Hollywood blockbuster! As expected of Keigo Higashino! The first work of Higashino's "Snow Country Series" is full of passion! Keigo Higashino created the work based on his favorite sport of skiing. The protagonist is actually an amateur in reasoning? Subverting the best-selling suspense series of "Galileo Galilei" ("The Devotion of Suspect X") and "Kaga Kyouichiro" ("Malevolence"). The movie of the same name stars a luxurious cast. Empathy is the best way to hunt down criminals. Because relatively speaking, the brain circuit is almost a great thing. Otherwise, how could you think of their thoughts and then arrest them, so it is also very important to regard yourself as a prisoner.
For those criminals, of course you have to think differently from ordinary people, otherwise you will probably never catch them, because their ideas are all kinds of weird, and you can't figure them out, so if you don't follow their ideas, you will probably be far away from them.
Catastrophe of Snow Country
This is a story that takes place in a highland ski resort in Japan. During the peak skiing season in winter, the ski resort received a letter, a threatening letter from the "Buried Man", stating that time bombs had been planted under each ski slope. If the stringent requirements were not met, they would be detonated remotely at any time... The foreshadowing has been laid at the beginning of the story: a father and son who had lost their loved ones in an accident at a ski resort happened to check into a hotel at the ski resort. According to convention, this father and son are likely to be the intimidators. However, as a fan of Keigo Higashino's novels, I clearly know that the ending of the story will not be that simple. However, unexpectedly, the ending of the story is simpler. The main culprit in the accident pretended to be a scaremonger in order to protect the ski resort from being acquired and atone for his sins to the victim. I can't understand why the ending is arranged like this. It seems perfect but feels like something is missing. However, as a skiing enthusiast, Higashino's description of the details of skiing is really spot-on, giving people a thrilling sense of speed. Maybe he just wrote this book to tell readers not to use snowboards when skiing, as it will cause trouble, hahaha.
Catastrophe of Snow Country
I like the theme of snow country very much, it is mysterious and suspicious. The plot is ups and downs, full of suspense, the ending is reversed, and the detective function is weakened.
When thinking about stopping criminals, the first thing to do is to understand their thoughts deeply. Synchronize your IQ and thoughts with them and you will be a new prisoner, hahaha. Then relatively speaking, it is easier to catch prisoners this way.
Highly recommended
Front row? The third one to post a book review? Doesn't anyone like reading this type of novel?
Good. But compared with other novels by Keigo Higashino, they can only be said to be average.
Is this Mr. Higashino's new book? Why haven't I seen it before...
If you want to break the evil, you must first get close to the evil, or even become him.
It's very interesting. I was a little confused at first, but after seeing it, I gradually understood it.
