The security captain found Garson and Nick. Since there is no conclusive evidence, the case cannot be concluded. In fact, on the night of the incident, the two had dinner at their uncle's house. Afterwards, the three of them talked in the living room next to the study. It is said that at 8:30, Garson and Nick went home, and the helper left first at 7:30. During this time, the two nephews each entered the study once. First, while Garson was chatting, the doctor finished smoking his cigarette and went into the study to get it. Before leaving, Nick borrowed a book from the study and went back. During this time, Dr. Black never entered the study once. Garson and Nick both testified about these just now, and Dr. Black kept sending them to the door and then closed the door. Unexpectedly, he was shot dead after entering the study. When the crime occurred the next morning, his door was still closed, and there was no sign of anyone breaking in.
