Helen's life was in decline - every night, she could always hear the vague footsteps in the corridor, the greedy and rapid breathing, and the "squeak" of the bedroom door being slowly pushed open, and a pair of big cold hands walking around her body - it was "him" who was back. She knew that "he" was going to take her away and take her back to the nightmare fifty years ago. Returning to the damp and cold sugar cane forest, the paraffin floor overflowing with bodily fluids, the twisted and struggling body, and the red liquid.
