About This Novel
Chi Ziming, a frustrated young writer, came to a remote fishing village called Luoyang and wanted to commit suicide. The village seemed peaceful but it was not. In addition to the terrifying legend of the God of Death, there was also a phantom cliff that could cause coma or death due to heavy metal radiation. The barren and alkaline land could not produce any flowers, but if someone was about to die, large tracts of bright red and enchanting "dead soul flowers" would appear on the sea.
