There is one setting of the author that I disagree with: the ninth level of Qi training is the ladder of cultivation, and it is the accumulation of spiritual energy. Only when it is accumulated to the point where it can no longer be accumulated is the time to hit the next level. How is it possible that the seventh and eighth levels can also hit the foundation building? ? ? Isn't that nonsense?
