About This Novel
There are unspeakable village rules hidden in the countryside --Don't step into the mill mill at night, don't go near the old locust tree when it rains, don't listen to the knock on the door outside the courtyard at midnight. The taboos guarded by the elders were broken by the outsiders. From then on, the cries in the middle of the night circled the village road, strange clothes appeared in the well, and the disappeared people always left their photos in the fog. The weird things happening in this mountainous area never come out of nowhere, but are catastrophes carved into the soil that cannot be escaped.
