Blue Sky and Green Grass Room
by But And
About This Novel
The water flowed gurglingly on my arms, and the coolness penetrated into my skin. The light in the disinfection room is fluorescent white and a bit dazzling. Outside the window, you can see the city, the cars are squirming, and there are those people, some of whom are holding umbrellas. It was a little rainy, and the air was stuffy. The sky in the east never got bright, and there was a thick layer of dirty clouds covering the sky. Keli took a long breath and felt a little dizzy. Last night was a bad night, I was in a daze. He even felt as if he had never fallen asleep. He was half asleep, half awake, and half dreaming. It just kept tormenting him. The night became long and boring. He cocked his ears and could hear various sounds, including his wife's breathing, turning, the wind outside, and the occasional car horn and the cough of someone returning home at night. For a while, he heard the sound of crickets, either outside the window sill or in the bushes.
