About This Novel

The most wonderful thing in the world is this. At an age when you are ignorant of the world, all your expectations for life are the gorgeous ideal itself.
The "bad guys" nameless things in the book are sometimes more like people's bad thoughts or desires, which come from the heart. In reality, they can't do that, so they can only rely on the nameless things, thus causing the nameless things to explode.
Rather than saying that Zhihuo knows the names of all nameless objects, it is better to say that he has a deep understanding of different nameless objects. When he encounters different types, he can tell their origins and properties at a glance.

It's hard to calm down my thoughts every time I read it. The world constructed by the author and teacher is so vivid, delicate and fascinating. Those monsters, mythical beasts, and nameless things that had long appeared in various ancient Chinese books appeared in front of us one by one again. All things have animism and nature and man are one. This is the true pluralistic world.

I really like the way Zhihuo and Liang Xuesh get along. Many times they seem to be cheating on each other, but in fact they are caring about each other, which is to ease the mood of both parties in a "cheating" way, which is a little warm.
