This is a long vernacular novel about a talented man and a beautiful woman from the Qing Dynasty, which is now in the Zuiyuelou publication. The work tells the love story between Han Yi and the Liu family, which evolved from the Tang legend Xu Yaozuo's "The Biography of the Liu Family". Han Yi, a talented scholar in Tianbaojian of Tang Dynasty, lived in the capital and became a close friend of Li Wangsun. The Liu family of Li Zhu was known as "Zhangtai Liu". Han and Liu fell in love with each other, so Li Sui gave Han Yi the wealth of his family and the Liu family, and went to Huashan to learn Taoism. Han Ying was the best in the examination, but due to the rebellion of Anlu Mountain, the Bie Liu family went to Hou Xiyi's Jiedu Envoy to join the army. Fan general Sha Zhali relied on his meritorious service to rob the Liu family, but Liu refused to comply. Guo Ziyi's army captured the two capitals, and Han Yi returned to Chang'an to look for Liu, but failed to find him.
