This book is one of the six volumes of "Designer Joint Book Series·K Classic". "Betrachtung" (Betrachtung) is Kafka's first collection of works. It was published by Ernst Rowohlt Verlag in Leipzig, Germany in 1912. It includes eighteen early works of the writer. The Berliner Zeitung commented on "Meditations" and said: "What Kafka said seems to be whispered by those who are unloved and silent." These 18 works are eclectic and vary in length.
