About This Novel
Wan Mayangjin, female, Tibetan, born in 1962, currently works at the Federation of Literary and Art Circles of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, and is the editor-in-chief of "Gelsanghua". He is a member of the Chinese Minority Literature Society and a member of the Gansu Writers Association. Since 1982, she has published poems and prose works, which have been selected into "Their Lyrics", "Selected Poems of Contemporary Chinese Women Poets", "Lyrics of the West", "Selected Poems of Contemporary Tibetan Poets", "Poems of Gansu", "21st Century Prose Selections", etc. She is the author of poetry collections "Shadow of the Sun", "Selected Poems of Wan Mayang Jin", and a collection of essays "Touching the Purple Grass Spike", which has won many provincial and above awards.
