About This Novel
This book is divided into two parts. The poetry criticism part mainly focuses on the criticism of contemporary Tibetan Chinese poetry, and conducts case and group research on Tibetan Chinese poetry since the 1980s from the two dimensions of ethnic attributes and local knowledge; the novel criticism part takes the works of Wanma Tseden, Yan Yingxiu, Lhasenjia, and Yun Cairang as the main research objects. Through close reading of the text, it analyzes the local, ethnic, and modern characteristics presented in contemporary Tibetan novels, and explores the literary concepts, writing experiences, and insights of contemporary Tibetan novel authors. In addition, the book includes novels and poetry criticism by authors from other ethnic groups such as Zhang Shuguang, Gao Chunlin, Qiao Dianyun, Cheng Ran, etc., Aiming to show the differences and richness of literary discourse influenced by different ethnic groups and regional cultures.
