"Zizhi Tongjian" is an unprecedented chronological general history masterpiece compiled by Sima Guang and his assistants Liu Xun, Liu Shu and others over a period of 19 years. "Zizhi Tongjian" records historical facts from the Warring States Period to the Five Dynasties. Emperor Shenzong of the Song Dynasty believed that this book was "qualified for governing the country in view of the past events", that is, it used historical gains and losses as a warning to help govern the country, so it was named "Zi Zhi Tong Jian". The original work is voluminous, covers a long period of time, and has many characters. It is not easy for teenagers to read the original work directly.
